You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local jurisdiction, to participate in the program.

Platinum Dialers have ZERO-TOLERANCE for SPAMMING, cheating, unethical Internet business practices, and participating in illegal and improper activities. This includes any and all outlets such as fraudulent credit activity, unsolicited email, IRC spamming, news group spamming. Any site Operator found to be utilizing any of the above mentioned, or other unethical Internet business practices will be dropped from our programs. Any accounts owed will be forfeit and we may pursue legal action.

All payments will be made in US$ by check or wire. We reserve the right to alter payout rate sheet with 3 days notice. Payments come from Marketing Extensions, Inc. Wire payments will be subject to a $40 service charge and will be only issued to accounts who obtain $1000 or more in a period or those who notify us prior they would like us to hold payment until $1000 is reached.

Pay Period one is the 1st through the 15th of each month. Pay Period two is the 16th to the end of the month. Pay Period one will be mailed on the 1st of next month. And Pay Period two will be mailed on the 16th of the following month. Please note: you will only be sent a check if your account has accrued the minimum pay out of $50.00. Should this amount not be met it will remain in your account and carried over until that total is reached.

You are NOT allowed to have any reference to FREE with respect to use of dialers. The Platinum Dialer is not FREE and if you are found using the word free in association with the download dialer, your account will be terminated and dropped WITHOUT PAY. No exceptions!

You are NOT allowed to make any false claims that the dialer will not fulfill.

Platinum Dialers do not accept sites that endorse: child pornography, bestiality. Any sales sent from sites like these will be dropped WITHOUT PAY.

We are not liable for any damages or loss of revenue due to downtime, incorrect usage, technical issues or false representation.

Platinum Dialers reserves the right to cancel dialers that are inactive.
